Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barbigha (Mission O.P.) P.S. Case No.11 of 2020, Excise Case No.17 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that petitioner has no concern with the seized wine. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.01.2020.
