The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nowkothi P.S. Case No.173 of 2020 for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The alleged recovery is from the agricultural land and the petitioners were not arrested at the spot. The petitioners have clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
