Petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant does not disclose in his fardbyan as to which weapon was being carried out by the petitioner at the time of alleged occurrence. However, in course of investigation, when the statement of injured persons, was recorded, the injured persons claimed that petitioner was carrying Lathi, and Gadansa. Moreover, one injured namely, Kavita Devi claimed that Shambhu Kumar gave sword blow to deceased as well as to the injured. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
