2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioner, lashed with arms and ammunition came and started firing on the informant's father-in-law, as a result of which, he died on spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to long standing animosity between the two family and political rivalry, the petitioner has been made accused. There is no specific accusation against this petitioner and he is in custody since 28.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific accusation against this petitioner that he shot at the head of informant's father-in-law with intention to kill him. Besides this, petitioner has got four criminal antecedent, out of which, three cases are of similar nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
