2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of appropriate writ for directing the Respondent concerned for measurement of land of Petitioner, which was purchased by him by registered sale deed no. 1433 dated 13.02.2010 and Registered sale deed no. 1746 dated 19.02.2010;
(ii) for issuance of appropriate direction to the respondent concerned
Patna High Court CWJC No.19297 of 2017(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 for marking of land belongs to Petitioner, which is also accepted by the Deputy Collector-Land Reforms, Forbesganj in his order dated 22.05.2013;
(iii) for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits he shall be approaching the Circle Officer, Forbesganj (respondent no.4) alongwith the requisite fee so that his land gets measured.
4. Learned State Counsel submits that anyone much less the petitioner who has any dispute relating to the land, can approach the Revenue Authorities for measurement of his/her land with requisite fee.
5. Granting said liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent, Circle Officer, Forbesganj, the writ petition is disposed of.
