2. The present application has been filed for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of writ in the appropriate nature for quashing of the order dated 17.6.2016 passed by the Collector, Sitamarhi in Basgit Parcha Appeal Case No.

24/2015 whereby and where under the Collector, Sitamarhi has cancelled the order dated 5.12.2014 passed in Basgit Parcha Case No. 6/2014-15 whereby and where under Basgit Parcha was issued in favour of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18284 of 2016(3) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 the petitioner ex-parte without service of report upon the petitioner and also without considering that the petitioner is residing in the same premises and having her residential house and has got mutated the said land and paying rent to the State of Bihar.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be approaching the appropriate forum for the redressal of the formal grievance.

4. Without commenting on the merit of the case and granting liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. The concerned authority/Court while taking into account the delay shall note that a writ petition was pending before this Court since the year 2016.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
