In the present case prayer has been made to take steps for making payment of admitted dues of Rs. 1,51,590 and Rs. 14,72,742, total comes to Rs. 16,24,333/-.

It appears that petitioner has entered into an agreement with the Executive Engineer, Building Construction, Division, Sitamarhi under the work contract to install the water supply and Sanitary installation in Civil Court Building

Patna High Court CWJC No.16101 of 2016 (4) dt.19-12-2016 (new) at Dumra, Sitamarhi for year 2014-2015 and second work was for renovation of Civil Court Building (New) at Dumra, Satamarhi for year 2014-12015. As per claim of the petitioner he has completed the work but his bill has not been settled till date and he has been deprived of the said amount. In such view of the matter, the Chief Engineer(North) Building Construction Department, Bihar, Patna is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that petitioner is entitled for the said amount, the same will be released in favour of the petitioner along with 6% compound interest within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
