JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Trial No. 640 of 2018 arising out of Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant by iron rod causing grievous injury to him. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64721 of 2018 with liberty to the petitioner that once charge is framed, he may renew his prayer for bail.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now charge has been framed and he has been in judicial custody since 07.07.2018 and ready to abide by any condition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8534 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 imposed on him for grant of bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II, Begusarai, in connection with Trial No. 640 of 2018 arising out of Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
