2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the deceased was killed by unknown criminals.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Dipesh Kumar @ Deepesh Kumar is said to have killed the deceased. The petitioner is also suspected of participating in the crime. The petitioner in in jail since 25.11.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 497 of 2023.
