2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 494 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 65(1), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape/sexual intercourse with the 15 years old victim. The petitioner is in jail since 09.09.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10051 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 petitioner.
