Public Prosecutor for the State.

According to the prosecution case itself, Information center got constructed by agent Sarwar Alam on the land of the petitioner and on construction of Information center, petitioner started residing at the Information center and except this allegation, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria in Raniganj P.S. Case no. 208/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
