The present writ petition has been filed for seeking direction to the respondent No.6 to provide security to the petitioner against threat to life and property from the anti-social elements and to maintain law and order situation so that reconstruction of wall may be made demarcating the petitioner's land.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the land appertaining to Khata No. 128, Plot No. 1476, Area 0.26 Decimal and Khata No.128, Plot No. 1480, Area 0.27 Decimal situated at Mauza Ramvad, HalkaSuarmarva, Anchal- Maner, Anumandal- Dananpur, DistrictPatna, as he has purchased the said land from one Sanjay Kumar Singh through registered Sale Deed No. 2049 dated 31.01.2012.

4. Counsel submits that respondents being anti-social elements are not permitting to construct boundary wall on his land. In this regard, he has filed representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna and before SHO, National Highway 30, Maner, Bihar but no action has been taken from them.

5. Counsel for the State submits that the representation filed to SHO is not on record but representation which is filed to Senior Superintendent of Police is on record which is Annexure-2. Counsel submits that for threaten dispossession, there are different remedies available to the petitioner. In the writ petition, such type of remedies are not permissible.

6. Upon going through the pleadings, this Court directs the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna to take

7. With this direction, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of.
