Petitioner happens to be father of co-accused Abhimanyu Singh against whom there is allegation of abduction. So far as petitioner is concerned, the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C stated that she was confined in a room where the petitioner was also present and pressurized her to solemnize her marriage with his son. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the victim is a major girl and as a matter of fact she eloped with petitioner's son and solemnized her marriage with her own sweet will but subsequently, when she was recovered and came in possession of informant, she took U turn and made tutored

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nasriganj ( Rajpur) P.S.Case No. 42 of 2015.
