In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Patrakarnagar P.S. Case No.131 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the earlier order of this Court, the petitioner has paid rupees two lakhs to the informant, rest dispute with regard to rupees two lakhs.

As the petitioner has already paid rupees two lakhs to the information, let the order of provisional bail dated 05.11.2015
