JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner had fired aiming at Rahul Kumar aged about 11 years and Supriya Kumari aged about 14 years who have had sustained gun shot injury as is evident from para-28, 29 of the case diary. The opinion of the injury has been reserved but the place where the injury has been caused happens to be vital one and further the firing has been made on trivial issue. Accordingly, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Prayer for bail is rejected.
