JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to initiate encroachment proceedings for the purposes of removal of encroachment made upon the government well and hand pump, by the private respondent no. 8, situated over Plot no. 2137 in village-Kandi, PSChandrauti, District-Gaya, however, the respondent- State has filed a counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner is also an encroacher.

Nonetheless, this Court deems it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-

Patna High Court CWJC No.18114 of 2017(2) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
