"For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding upon the respondents to pay the arrear of the salary to the petitioner from September, 1996 to November, 2006 after adjusting the payment of Rs. 42,000 paid to the petitioner and also other dues detailed in Paragraph No. 18 of this writ petition and for which the petitioner is found entitle under the law."

Learned counsel for the respondent accept notice for respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish copy of this petition within a week from today.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6645 of 2020 dt.20-12-2021 2/2 The concerned respondent is directed to examine the petitioner's grievance relating to payment of salary/monthly allowance from September, 1996 to November, 2006 and recovery or adjustment of Rs. 42,000 which is stated to have been paid to petitioner and others.

The aforesaid action shall be taken by the respondent no. 3 and to pass speaking order on the petitioner's grievance and furnish to the respective petitioner within the period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which each of the petitioner is entitled for litigation cost of Rs. 5,000.
