Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that on 12.11.2018 at about 2 A.M., while she was sleeping with her husband all FIR named accused persons including petitioner entered her house and petitioner shot fire from pistol due to which her husband sustained injury near eye.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8931 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, after completing one year of the custody, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for grant of bail.
