2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366(A) , 376, 372, 120(B) and 420 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 8 of POCSO Act.

3. As per FIR, this petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that this petitioner forcibly solemnized marriage with her and kept her for six months and after that left her.

4. Considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
