2. The petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2015 in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015 for the offences alleged under sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 427, 436, 435, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13, 16, 18, 19, 20 of the Unlawful Activity Prevention Act and Section 3 of Damage to Public Property Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. F.I.R. is against 100 unknown persons and there is no material to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence. It is further submitted that co-accused Ashesh Sahani and Bhola Sahani have been granted bail by this

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Sakal Dev Kumar @ Sakal Sahani be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015 with condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
