The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR was lodged by the Chaukidar when a dead body was lying in the water.

It is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired as the person who played role in commission of the offence.

Let the learned court below consider prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No.51 of 2012 pending in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50465 of 2014 (2) dt.27-04-2015 of the learned C.J.M. Siwan.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
