Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons

No.19686 of 2021(2) dt.16-12-2021 2/3 including the petitioner assaulted the informant and when his sons went to his rescue, then co-accused Paramhansh Narayan Singh assaulted with sword to son of the informant Prashant Kumar Singh. It is alleged against this petitioner that he assaulted with farsa on the head of son of the informant Anil Kumar Singh. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is counter version of the occurrence also. Moreover, the injury of the son of the informant namely Anil Kumar Singh has been found to be simple in nature.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali
