2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna for grant of appropriate relief with respect to the land under dispute.
3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
5. It is needless to say that while deciding the limitation petition, if any, to be filed with petition, the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna shall consider that on bonafide advice this writ petition was filed on 21.01.2017 and that remain pending before this Court till date.
