The application seeks restoration of CWJC No. 7387 of 2014 to its original file and number after recall of the order
Patna High Court MJC No.3934 of 2016 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 dated 19.10.2016 by which the writ application was dismissed for want of prosecution.
It is submitted by the petitioner that on the date when the case was fixed, he had met with an accident which prevented him from appearing on call.
For the reasons stated in the restoration application and the submissions made in support thereof, the application is allowed subject to deposit of a cost of Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred) with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof within ten days in the office.
