Patna High Court CWJC No.18588 of 2017 dt.19-12-2017 In view of availability of an equally efficacious statutory remedy under Section 48 of the Bihar State Co-operative Societies Act for the redressal of the grievances made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I am not inclined to entertain this application under extraordinary writ jurisdiction. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move before the statutory authority in respect of the grievances raised herein.
