This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Karakat PS Case No. 248 of 2017 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR and name of the petitioner was surfaced on the confessional statement of the coaccused. Petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR and he is in custody since 29.08.2018, this application is

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karakat PS Case No. 248 of 2017.
