The petitioners are accused in connection with Semra P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners that in course of investigation, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of petitioners. Earlier, both petitioners, being own brothers, were accused in Semra P.S. Case No. 65 of 1993 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C. in which they have already allowed bail by the Court below, except that there is nothing against the petitioners. It is also submitted that both petitioners are in custody since 16.09.2014 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49478 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 17.08.2014 respectively.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran connection with Semra P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014.
