JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that, as would be apparent from the First Information Report, there was quarrel between the informant and the petitioner when the petitioner sat on the berth of the informant in Magadh Express. It is further contended that the petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2015 having no criminal antecedent and the charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sudama Paswan is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52675 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P. (Patna Junction) P.S. Case No.263/2015, with a further condition that one of the bailors must be his father.

If the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) V.K. Pandey/- U T
