The prayers which have been made by the petitioner in the present petition ought to have been agitated before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani in the first instance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has preferred such representation before the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.3286 of 2019(2) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 Programme Officer, Madhubani but no action has been taken as yet.

Let a fresh complaint / representation be filed before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani, detailing the grievances and the demands of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the District Programme Officer, Madhubani shall be under an obligation to dispose off the same within a period of four weeks from the receipt / production a copy of the representation and a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
