There is recovery of more than 209 litres of liquor from a car and petitioners were arrested from the spot. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence rather they have been falsely implicated in this case and they are in custody since 29.11.2019, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

District & Sessions Judge II, Gopalganj, in connection with Excise Case No. 411/2019.
