Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 324, 325, 326, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of demanding ransom of Rs. 50,000/- and also assaulting the Informant along with FIR named accused. It has been further alleged that FIR named accused Ashwini Kumar inflicted knife blow in the stomach of the son of Informant Mausam Kumar. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. There is no specific allegation of any overt act against the petitioner, rather there is general and omnibus

Similarly, situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 22.05.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33715 of 2019. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
