2. The present application has been preferred for the grant of following relief:

"quashing of the order dated 21.05.1997 passed in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 2/91-92 whereby and whereunder Jamabandi earlier created in favour of petitioners or their vendors have been canceled."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be taking up the matter before appropriate authority for the redressal of the grievances with certain orders passed by the High Court in this regard.
