This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the law laid down in case of Jai Prakash Singh vs. State of Bihar and Others, reported in (2012) 4 SCC 379, I am not inclined to entertain this application for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

Submission made on behalf of the petitioners that since land dispute is in the background of the occurrence, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19524 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 petitioners' application for anticipatory bail should be considered favourably, does not appeal to this Court. This application stands dismissed.
