03.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, Informant and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Smt. Sangeeta Rani, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari (or its successor).

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari, and the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49134 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.

The Informant who is present in Court undertakes to be vigilant during trial.
