JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2026 The learned counsel for the opposite parties by referring to the supplementary show-cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 as also the show-cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.3 and 4, submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 29.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.6721

Patna High Court MJC No.451 of 2024(6) dt.13-02-2026 2/2 of 2019, the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 10.12.2025, redressing the grievances of the petitioners.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that according to the petitioners, they are entitled to more relief, hence liberty be granted to them to challenge the aforesaid order dated 10.12.2025 by taking recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
