Public Prosecutor for the State.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate bench of this court giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant has already been examined in course of trial as prosecution witness no. 3 and in course of examination, he stated that his daughter died of her ailment and he participated in cremation of the dead body of his daughter.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II,
