2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- I. For setting aside the order dated 15.05.2018 in Anganbari Appeal No.59/2017.

II. For setting aside the appointment letter dated 27.01.2017 by which the private respondent no.7 was arbitrarily appointed as Sevika of Anganbari Center No.466, Panchayat

Patna High Court CWJC No.10771 of 2018(2) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 Kharka, Block-Runnisaidpur, Sitamarhi and directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in place of respondent no.7.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the remedy to the petitioner lies before the proper Appellate Authority according to the then margdarshika/guidelines.

4. Learned counsel for the State agrees on the same.

5. In this background, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before the appellate forum under the then guidelines of the appointment of Anganbari Sevika. It is directed to the Appellate Authority that delay in filing the appeal is hereby directed to be condoned.
