1. On 25.06.2024, the Learned counsel for the petitioner reported to the Court that the file is missing, therefore, sought for an adjournment. On 26.07.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed as a last indulgence. On 07.10.2024, inspite of matter being

Patna High Court CWJC No.17180 of 2016(6) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 posted as a last indulgence, the Learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for an adjournment and this Court has adjourned the matter on payment of cost of Rs. 500/- to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority and directed the matter to be listed for today i.e. on 25.11.2024.

2. The office note disclose that the petitioner has not paid the cost of Rs. 500/- to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority.

3. Today the Learned counsel for the petitioner reported to the Court that he intends to withdraw the Writ petition.

4. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Order dated 07.10.2024 for payment of cost of Rs. 500/- to the Bihar Legal Services Authority is also withdrawn.
