The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 420, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, a tractor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which he did not produce any documents and on verification, the registration number on the tractor was found to be that of a motorcycle. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as levelled in the F.I.R. are false and concocted. He purchased the tractor from the owner Avinash Chaudhary. He is in custody since 22.10.2020 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner having remained in custody for over 10 months and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Ben P.S. Case no.172 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda.
