2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 3(5), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that due to land dispute, the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including petitioner, on the alleged date, were cutting sugarcane from the field of informant and on protest by informant, this petitioner alongwith co-accused Mujammil Miya caught the hand of informant and co-accused Emanullah assaulted him with Garasa causing head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute between the parties, Maarpeet took place in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9914 of 2025(2) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. No specific allegation of overt act has alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District - West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 688 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
