02. 16.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 266 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 447, 307, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioners are directed to surrender immediately in the Court below.
