JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the GPF amount was paid in June, 2018 but the interest calculated up to February, 2018 upon the GPF amount has only been paid. He further submits that some other dues are also required to be paid by the respondent for which he proposes to file a representation before the District Welfare Officer, Supaul. Taking into consideration the nature of prayer made, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the concerned authority and if such a
