The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he being a deed writer played active and prominent role in the execution of sale deed of the house of the informant fraudulently by impersonating the informant's mother-in-law.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner's

No.10636 of 2023(3) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 role in the registration of the sale deed is limited only to drafting/writing of the sale deed after obtaining the information and seeing the document from the seller regarding the land. In the present case also the petitioner saw the document, jamabandi receipt, PAN card and the Aadhar Card of the seller and the purchaser and on that basis he prepared the draft of the sale deed and the same was filed in the Registry Office through the seller. Except this, the petitioner has nothing to do with the said transaction. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 425 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
