2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 456 of 2024 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. As per prosecution case, total 42 litres of illicit mahua liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated int this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possesion of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from joint house of the petitioner where other family members also reside. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid circumstances and petitioner is also a lady, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Judge No.2, Gaya / concerned court below in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 456 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
