The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 122 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the FIR of having given Dabiya blow to the informant, which is hard and blunt object, therefore the petitioner deserve to be allowed bail.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid contents in the case diary, which shows that the injuries are caused by hard and blunt object and not by sharp cutting weapon and are lacerated wound, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the
