15-12-2015 Heard Sri Ravi Shankar Sahay, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Anand Kishore Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nagendra Prasad, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, who is in custody in Laukaria P.S. Case No. 52 of 2006 registered for the offence under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had surrendered on 18-10-2013, however; after his surrender in another case, the petitioner was remanded in this case on 10-10-2014. On merit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim boy had disclosed the name of petitioner, but the petitioner was not put on T.I. Parade. On aforesaid fact, a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53004 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 prayer has been made for extending the privilege of bail. In view of the fact that the case was registered long back in 2006 and the petitioner in another case surrendered in 2013 as well as the antecedent of the petitioner, which is mentioned in paragraph - 3 of the petition, showing that the petitioner is accused in about nine cases on serious offences, the Court is not inclined to grant bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
