2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 22.7.2015 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Gopalganj in Land Dispute Redressal Case No. 104 of 2011-12 whereby the aforesaid case filed by the petitioner for giving possession of Bhudani Land area 10 Dec. Khata No. 30 No. Khesra 174 Mauza
Patna High Court CWJC No.14860 of 2016(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 Baniya Chhapar, District Gopalganj to the petitioner after removing Respondent No. 4 and 5 from the said to land has been dismissed and for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to Respondent authority concerned to remove illegal possession made by Respondent No. 4 and 5 from the Bhudani land area 10 dec, Khata No. 30, Khesra No. 174, Mauza-Bania Chhapar, District-Gopalganj of the petitioner and to give possession of the land to the petitioner.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he shall be approaching the Bhudan Yagna Committee for the redressal of the grievance.
4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
