2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider her selection for the post of Anganwari Sevika in Ward No.9, Center No.339 falls within the jurisdiction of the Child Development Project Officer, Samastipur Rural, Samastipur which is vacant.
3. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Guidelines for appointment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahaika and according to which, the remedy is already
Patna High Court CWJC No.12022 of 2018(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 available to the petitioner before the appropriate authority. He further submits that the petitioner ought to move according to Guidelines for appointment of Anganwari Sevika/ Sahaika.
4. In this view of the matter, the present writ application stands disposed off, directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before appropriate forum under the Guidelines for appointment of Anganwari Sevika/ Sahaika within 6 (six) weeks from the date of production of the order.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed off.
