The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.102 of 2019 arising out of Telhara P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 302, 201, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the year 2005, the sister of the informant, namely, Sanju Devi was married to Ajay Chaudhary @ Jhandi (petitioner) and the sister of the informant gave a birth of a daughter and son. A few days ago, the said sister of the informant told that her husband (petitioner) developed an illicit relationship with a lady of the same village, namely, Rekha Devi
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10442 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 and whenever she asked her husband to break off his relations with the said Rekha Devi then he used to assault her. Earlier the prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 27.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23509 of 2019.
There is no new ground in the present bail application. Hence, it is not a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected for the present. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
