The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2012, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3, 4, 5 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion and secret information petitioner's name was included in the F.I.R. and there is no cogent material for detaining the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. She submits that petitioner is habitual offender and he is accused in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52107 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 number of cases.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of bail. The bail petition stands dismissed.
